Currently holds positions as director of Bomei Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., chairman of Hangzhou Haomian Technology Co., Ltd., and director of Shanghai Shiji Technology Co., Ltd. He has been serving as independent director of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited since June 2022, and as independent director of Ningbo Fangzheng Automotive Mould Co., Ltd. since December 2023. She has been appointed as an independent director of the Company since February 2021.
