In response to the digital transformation of enterprises and how to effectively balance input and output when promoting digitalization, teachers and alumni from CEIBS shared many inspiring cases, including the consumer case of large-scale and low-cost short video creation, recognition and precision marketing with the assistance of AI, pointing out that digitalization still needs to be carried out around the pain points of enterprises, and clearly define the management objectives that need to be achieved, and should be centered around the purpose of management.
