Recently, SANHUA Commercial Refrigeration Testing Center officially obtained the laboratory accreditation certificate issued by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), which is recognized by six authorized signatories. The testing capabilities for seven items of metal materials, cooling capacity tests of air coolers for refrigeration, and key performance tests for seven categories of products, including electronic expansion valves, electromagnetic four-way reversing valves, check valves, pressure controllers, differential pressure controllers, thermostatic expansion valves, and drainage pumps, have been recognized. This marks that the technical strength, management system, and testing quality of the testing center have fully aligned with the ISO/IEC 17025 international standard, making it a nationally accredited laboratory.
CNAS is an internationally recognized “quality pass”. This certification is not only a commendation of the team's hard work but also a comprehensive examination of the company's quality management system. It will significantly boost market competitiveness and credibility, helping to explore broader markets.
Since its launch in September 2023, the testing center has adhered to the principle of team self-promotion, strictly following CNAS accreditation guidelines without relying on any external institutions. Over the course of more than a year of system building and capability enhancement, the center has compiled one quality manual, 36 procedure documents, and 177 work instructions. After three months of trial operation and nearly a year of practical verification, the center completed two internal audits, two management reviews, and multiple quality improvements, achieving a crucial first step in certification by passing the document review in December 2024.
In February 2025, the testing center faced the on-site "final examination" of the CNAS expert group. The expert group conducted a rigorous review of all elements, including laboratory environment, technical capabilities, and management system, according to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories". In response to the improvement suggestions from the expert group, the testing center promptly established a special rectification team, clarified the division of labor, and focused on key areas such as equipment upgrades and personnel skill enhancement. On March 31, the center successfully passed the rectification acceptance with high quality.
Looking ahead, the testing center is committed to upholding its quality policy of "accuracy, timeliness, scientific rigor, fairness, and continuous improvement". With this certification, we aim to embark on a new journey, focusing on enhancing our management systems, fortifying our technical teams, fostering innovation-driven growth, and delivering superior service to both internal and external customers.
