On January 14–15, the 4th Yunfan Data Center Liquid Cooling & AI Chip Thermal Management Supply Chain Conference concluded at the Shenzhen Bao’an Hyatt Regency Airport Hotel. 

Focusing on key topics—including liquid-cooling technology and market trends, AI thermal management innovation, and data center CDU and component development—the event gathered more than 70 exhibitors and over 2,100 industry experts, establishing itself as a premier exchange platform in the liquid-cooling industry.

Models such as S95 / S114A / S200 support scalability up to 10 MW, suitable for ultra‑large‑scale data centers, while the S27C series is optimized for medium‑ and high‑density environments.

Electric Ball Valves

 

Designed for data centers using EG/PG cooling solutions, SANHUA’s electric ball valves feature stainless‑steel construction and clamp connections, covering DN15–DN80. 

Fast adjustment and precise temperature control enable 24/7 operation reliability, supported by 100,000+ cycles durability for both valve body and actuator, plus power‑off hold functionality.

 

Pressure Sensors

 

SANHUA’s highly self‑manufactured pressure sensors leverage MEMS chips and SUS316L full‑seal diaphragm technology (no O‑ring), ensuring zero leakage during 1 million‑cycle testing. 

Their compatibility with water/PG loops far exceeds traditional ceramic sensors.

 

Microchannel Heat Exchangers

 

Featuring high efficiency, compact structure, and energy savings, SANHUA’s microchannel exchangers support liquid‑cooling systems in data centers and high‑density servers. 

Made from self‑developed corrosion‑resistant aluminum with multiple coating options, they perform reliably in harsh environments while improving heat‑transfer efficiency and reducing refrigerant charge.

 

DPF (A03/A05) Electronic Expansion Valves

 

Featuring a direct‑acting large‑aperture design, compact structure, pressure‑balanced mechanism, and stable operation via bearing‑linked transmission.

DTG One‑Way Filter Driers

 

Efficient removal of moisture, contaminants, and acidic substances from coolant loops. 

Compatible with HCFC and HFC refrigerants, providing 20 μm filtration to ensure clean, unobstructed pipelines and enhanced system stability.

 

SPB Shielded Circulation Pumps

 

Equipped with a permanent‑magnet variable‑speed motor and high‑efficiency hydraulic design, SPB pumps deliver outstanding energy savings. 

Precision construction ensures low noise and long service life. Integrated flow monitoring, multiple safety protections, and fault‑tracking functions guarantee safe and stable operation of liquid‑cooling loops.

It is worth mentioning that this marks the first time SANHUA Residential has made an appearance at a liquid-cooling industry exhibition.
